Since the diet is very restrictive, I can’t imagine that it is all that good for me to try to just ballpark the number of calories that I’m eating. I would assume that every little bit counts, so if I’ve had too few calories because I miscalculated then I am making things even harder for myself and I’m possibly slowing down my metabolism. But then again at the same time, if I am unknowingly eating too many calories then I’m still being hungry but I’m not losing weight as fast as I should be according to the real rules of the biggest loser diet simply because I’m not doing it right and I don’t even know it.
