Later found out I had 2 ear infections so that may have had something to do with needing more calories. I have tried going back on IP and complied 100% for a week and now I am completely famished again. I don't think this is enough basic REE calories (resting energy expenditure.) I am trying to find a way to do this program but with more calories daily.
