It's been nice and steady for me so far (knock wood) and I think that my own keys to success have been exercise and keeping my calories to 1500-1800. If I stop exercising or go over or under those numbers, then my loss slows. I've also been good about cheating (I never have flour or sugar and I only "cheat" by occasionally having too many carbs or sugar alcohols), and I always do a meat/egg fast for a few days if my weight suddenly rises for any reason except TOM water retention.
